Refund policy

Three ways to get your money back

Each is separate, and none takes away another.

• Withdrawal (your legal right): within 14 days of buying, without a reason, unless you ticked the delivery box at checkout and our order email confirmed it before supply began.
• Our 7-day guarantee (on top of the law): within 7 days of buying, if it was not useful to you.
• Our own automatic refund: if your report or plan could not be written within 24 hours of when it could start.

Withdrawal

If you did not tick the delivery box at checkout, or our confirmation did not reach you before your report was written, you can withdraw for 14 days after buying. Use "Withdraw from contract" on the Billing page of your account: it lists every purchase you can still withdraw from, asks you to confirm, and refunds the full amount. You can also write to hello@wayuv.com. You never need to give a reason.

We confirm your withdrawal by email straight away and refund the full amount to the way you paid, within 14 days and usually within a few days. Your access to that report or plan ends.

The 7-day guarantee

Not useful? Ask within 7 days of buying, from the Help page of your account or by email to hello@wayuv.com. The short form's questions are optional: your answers help us improve, but you do not have to give them.

When the conditions are met, the refund is made at once through Stripe, to the card you paid with, and your access to that report or plan ends. The guarantee is one refund per person, checked by account and email address; a request that looks like a second refund goes to a person, who replies within two working days.

A Report and the upgrade that turned it into a Complete Plan are one order: under the guarantee, both are refunded together.

How refunds are paid

Every refund is the full amount, in the currency you paid, to the card or wallet you paid with. Stripe sends it at once; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your other rights

If a report or plan is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the law of your country whatever happens with the guarantee or withdrawal. Write to hello@wayuv.com and we put it right or refund you.

Getting your money back (Plus)

• Withdrawal, within 14 days of joining, if you live in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or the United Kingdom: everything you paid for Plus, nothing deducted. "Withdraw from contract" on the Billing page or at the foot of every page.
• The 7-day guarantee, on your first payment only: "Not useful? Full refund within 7 days." Its conditions are the same as for the products on sale.
• In Germany, after your first year of yearly Plus: cancel any time with one month's notice and get back the whole months left that you've paid for (see "If you live in Germany" in the terms).

Renewal payments are not refunded otherwise, except where the law where you live requires it.
